Ohad Rosenzweig, Ph.D.

Ohad is a seasoned pharmaceutical executive with over two decades of experience in drug development, CMC, and regulatory affairs. He has led formulation and regulatory strategy efforts across a range of therapeutic areas and development stages. Prior to joining ReviumRx, Ohad held senior leadership roles at Insightec (TASE: EMTC), Rafa Laboratories, Tiltan Pharma, and BioLineRx (Nasdaq: BLRX), where he led the development of both innovative and generic drug products, including sterile injectables, semi-solids, and oral formulations.
Ohad holds a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics, an MBA, and a B.Pharm from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Amir Avraham is a senior finance executive with over 20 years of leadership experience across high-tech and biotech sectors, specializing in financial strategy, M&A, and international operations. As CFO and General Manager of OCON Therapeutics,, he led strategic planning and capital raises totaling over $15 million while managing legal, financial, and global activities. Previously, he was CFO at Secure Islands Technologies, a cybersecurity firm acquired by Microsoft. There, he led financial operations across the US, UK, and Switzerland, managed investor relations, and was instrumental in both a $20 million fundraising round and the Microsoft acquisition process. Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at Van Leer Ventures and Deloitte. Mr. Avraham is a licensed CPA and holds an MBA in Finance from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

Erez joined Revium in 2023, bringing over 15 years of experience in pharma and biotech R&D. He previously served as Head of Early-Stage CMC at Clexio Biosciences, where he was responsible for formulation development and phase 1-2 regulatory submissions. Prior to that, Erez led the Innovative R&D Pharma Lab at Teva Pharmaceuticals. He also led CMC activities at Lipocure Ltd. and contributed to the FDA submission and approval of a liposomal drug product (ANDA). Erez holds a Ph.D. in pharmaceutical sciences and completed postdoctoral training at Northeastern University (Boston, MA). Erez has authored over 40 peer-reviewed papers and contributed to five patent applications.

Since 2018, he serves as Head of IPO & M&A Department at a one of the leading accounting firms of Israel. Prior to that, Mr. Gordashnikov served as an Audit Manager at Ernst & Young Israel. Mr. Arie is licensed CPA since 2012 and has extensive experience in RCC and PCAOB reporting.
